We bid farewell to Joan M. Salbego of Coal City, Illinois, born in Tinley Park, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 24, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bernardini and Helen Sue Rea (O'Connor); her husband James Andrew Salbego; her son Frank Mason (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Robert Salbego.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marci D'Agostino (Darrell) of Coal City, Tammy Engstrom (Gerald) of Oregon and Jammie Winsor of Oregon; her grandchildren, Eric, Shawn, Shanan, Stacy, Matthew, Jason, Ashley, Jaclyn, Bret, Janelle and Erica; and her sister-in-law Barbara Salbego. She is also survived by other ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reeves Funeral Home (75 N Broadway St, Coal City, IL 60416). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coal City United Methodist Church (6805 E McArdle Rd, Coal City, IL 60416).
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Joan's memory to the Coal City United Methodist Church.
