He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Evans and Sara Evans (Moody); and his brothers, Wayne, Darald, Donald, Norman and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Berniece Flowers; his sons, Randy Evans of Diamond, Larry Evans (Lisa) of Coal City and Robert Evans (Dawn) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Brian Evans (Katie) of Coal City, Erin Grogan (Rob) of Fort Collins, CO, Mark Evans of Coal City and Emily Evans of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchild Lily Evans of Coal City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
