She was predeceased by: her father Emil Dierking; her husband Emanuel Angelo Panici; her stepsons, Robert Panici and Joseph Panici; and her siblings, Richard Dierking and Shirley Parkinson (Harold).
She is survived by: her children, Suzan Panici-Hakey of Braidwood, Laura Pearson (Greg) of Orland Park, IL and Bruce Panici; her stepdaughter Lana Bogden (Rich); and her sister-in-law Beverly Dierking of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
