He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Kramer and Frances A. Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Love and Gerald Kramer (Nancy); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Kramer (Heather), Dan Kramer, Jerry Love and Sally Ritchey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zakk, Maxx, Ryder and Myla Kramer.
