He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Soukup and Mary Soukup; his wife Dorothy Soukup; and his siblings, Marie Miglin (John), Bernice Konfrst (Frank), Arlene Morgucz (John), Anna Dusak (Henry), Alice Dudzik (Frank), Betty Bogden (Tony), Grace Sutherland (Robert), Lorraine Del Lango (Raymond) and George Soukup (Lorraine).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cassandra of Coal City, Krystalene Anciulis of Coal City and Nicolette Anciulis (Daniel) of Florida; and his brother Edward Soukup (late Alice) of Tinley Park. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
