William E. Devine Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022, at the age of 94, William E. Devine of Clinton, Illinois, born in Downs, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Devine and Ada Devine (Arteman); and his wife Betty Mae Kemp. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Zambarano (Artie) of Las Vegas, NV, Jim Devine (Maryl Stivers) of Mesa, AZ, Terrie Visel of Rantoul, IL, Kathi Ericson (Bob Ortiz) of Clinton, IL, Chris Stoutenborough (Paul) of Enterprise, AL, Kelley Devine of Clinton, IL and Rick Devine (Tracey) of Mahomet, IL.; and his granddaughter Andrea Grove (Joe) of Kokomo, IN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
