Smith; his children, William Scott Smith (Lisa) of Richmond, VA, Thomas Patrick Smith (Debra Jean) of Scottsdale, AZ, James Michael Smith (Vicky) of Midlothian, VA and Laurie Ann Campbell (William); his siblings, Stephen Smith (Jackie) of Clinton, IL and Marilyn Bielenberg of Peoria, IL; and his son Joseph Kerry "Jody" Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews Bill was preceded in death by his Parents.
