She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vernon and Edna Mae Ward (Hand); her spouse Donald Foster; her daughter Paula Marie Witt; her granddaughter Michelle Sears; and her sister Patty Wickenhauser.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Sue Burton (Waylon), Donna Turney (Robert), Nancy Jackson (Ricky), Barbara Scogin (Tony) and Tammie Inman (Jim); her grandchildren, Latonia Eagleson, Jodi Kauffman, Tina McDaniel, Chastity Coleman, Carrie Zbinden, Ashley Scogin, Chris Scogin, Brad Scogin, Heather Blue, Justin Jackson and Jason Jackson; her friend Kathy M. Shelton; and her son-in-law Jim Inman. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
