He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Owens and Lacy Owens (Fishel). He is survived by: his spouse Ruth A. Buchanan; his children, Joyce Ahlheim (Terry) and Connie Brown (Phil); his grandchildren, Lisa Polston (Jim), Eugene, Thom W. Miller, Sheri McMillan (Lance), David Ahlheim (Jennifer) and Los; and his sisters, Dorothy Pettit of Waco, TX and Nellie Howerton. He is also survived by his parents, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
