She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Thomas and Judith Thomas (Bridge). She is survived by: her children, Amy Hadley (Justin) of Monticello, IL and Andrew Merrill (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Maci Rae Merrill, Elliott Shae Hadley and Milo Grae Hadley; her siblings, Jerry Lee Thomas of Pahrump, NV, Richie Thomas (Kim) of Clinton, IL and Kimmy Sue Kestner of Clinton, IL; and her stepmother Marilyn Thomas of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by several step-siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Tammy's Life will be held at a later date due to the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Clinton Eagle's Lodge.
