He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Harris and Maude Harris (Cox); his wife Maxine (Obermeyer); his son Brian (Lisa) of Medford Lakes; his grandchildren, Nicholas of St. Louis, Lauren of St. Louis and Luke Harris of St. Louis; and his brother Kent Harris.
