He is survived by: his brother Bob Polen (Karen) of Oak Grove, MO; his nephew Daniel Polen (Michelle) of Kenney, IL; and his niece Amanda Walters (Pat) of Lincoln, IL. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
