She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Swigart and Genevieve L. Swigart (Miller); and her brother Jerry S. Swigart. She is survived by: her husband Scott W. Kennedy; her children, Gregory B. May (Jessica) and Jesse W. Kennedy; her grandchildren, Emelia May and Elaina May; and her siblings, Cathy A. Bassett (David), Thomas J, Daniel C. (Alice) and Eric L. Swigart (Zala).

Memorials may be directed to the Rose L. Kennedy Memorial Fund.
