She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond and Nancy Jane Owens (Crum); her husband Charles Rex Blue; and her siblings, William R. Owens, Hubert F. Owens, Donald Edwin Owens and Maxine Lillian Maltby.

She is survived by: her son Brian Davis Blue of Clinton, IL; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Blue (Ashley), Adam Blue (Heather), Justin Blue and Andrea Shepard. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
