She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl C. Murphey and Imogene Murphey (Swigart); her husband Donald Evans; her siblings, Levi, Joseph Murphey and Harriet Hanna; and her niece Cynthia Murphey.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Mckinley; her children, Melanie Purgatorio (Richard) of Fort Myers, FL, Laurie Grimm (Randy) of Clinton, IL and Patrick Mckinley of Cupertino, CA; and her stepchildren, John Evans of Seminole, FL and Donna Stack (Robert) of Carrollton, TX. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
