We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, at the age of 81, Martha Hoffman of Clinton, Illinois, born in Forsyth, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hamby and Pauline Hamby (Moreland); her husband Donald Robert Hoffman, Sr.; her son Mike; and her siblings, Leon Hamby and Doris Conkle.
She is survived by: her son Donald Hoffman, Jr. (Tammy) of Yellville, AR; her granddaughter Brittney Dalton; her great grandchildren, Gretchen Rhea-Ann Dalton and Emoreigh Layne Dalton; her siblings, Toni Awtry of Barnesville, GA, Larry Hamby (Faye) of Barnesville, GA and Pete Hamby (Kathy) of Prescott Valley, AZ; and her brother-in-law Benjamin Conkle.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Woodlawn Church of God, Clinton, IL.
