With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mabel Rosine Rich (Clinton, Illinois), who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Welch and Mary Ona Welch (Spencer); her former husband Gilbert T. Manigan; her husband Jim Rich; her daughter Anna Stepp; and her granddaughter Chele Spears.
She is survived by: her son Tom Manigan (Cindy) of Minooka, IL; and her brother Merle Welch of Clinton, IL.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to The Clinton Assembly of God Church or The DeWitt County Friendship Center.
