He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Steward and Grace Steward (Kelley); his former wife Annette Fransen; and his son-in-law Steve Williams. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Geri" Paulson; his children, Susan Williams (late Steve) of Minier, IL, David L. Steward (Emily) of Kenney, IL, Bill Steward (Kay) of Clinton, IL and Laura Koons (Doug) of Clinton, IL; and his grandchildren, Terri Harmison (Glen) of Mackinaw, IL, Moriah Adkins (Josh) of Franklin, IL, Loni Trimble (Patrick) of White Heath, IL, Amanda DeGrave (Luke) of Atkinson, IL, Melody Steward of Scottsdale, AZ, Bill Steward Jr. (Lori) of Kenney, IL, Kelli Krall (Jarrod) of Warrensburg, IL, Jamie Steward Hernandez (Christopher) of Lincoln, IL, Donald Koons (Jamie) of Bloomington, IL and Daniel Koons (Jenna) of Pontiac, IL. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
