He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilson and Mildred Wilson (Fox); his daughter Lori Wilson; and his siblings, Betty Rodgers and Curtis Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his sons, Timothy Wilson (Tina) of Billings, MO and Wesley Wilson (Paula) of Clinton, IL; and his grandchildren, Tyler Wilson of Kansas City, MO and Victoria Love (Jason) of Bloomington, IL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Maroa United Methodist Church.
