He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Fisher and Donna Fisher (Wigley); his wife Jeanne Fisher of Clinton, IL; his children, Jennie Byrd (Jason) of Minier, IL, Casey Fisher of Bloomington, IL and Mackenzie Starkey (Shay) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Jaxson Byrd and Lucy Fisher; his siblings, Jason Fisher (Lonni) of Decatur, IL and Melissa Baldassari of Clinton, IL; and his father-in-law Gene Bazzell of Arrowsmith, IL..
