It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lynne Carr of Clinton, Illinois, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, V. Lester Riddle and Evelyn Riddle (Meredith); and her husband Jack L. Carr. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kokos of Peoria, IL, Karen Blickensderfer (Steve) of Cerro Gordo, IL and Darrell Carr of Clinton, IL; and her sister Jean Reynolds (Don) of Clinton, IL.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
