He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Welch and Mary Ona Welch (Spencer). He is survived by: his wife Nita K. Welch; his children, John "Mike" Welch (Deb) of Decatur, IL, Jeff Welch (Patty) of Clinton, IL, Susan Welch (Tony Brennan) of Clinton, IL and Steve Welch (Sherri) of Waynesville, IL; and his siblings, Merle Welch of Clinton, IL and Mabel Rich. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
