She was predeceased by: her parents, Estle "Tubby" and Isabelle Reid Lowe. She is survived by: her spouse Robert Short; her sons, Michael (Short), Steven T. Short (Linda) of Clinton and Phillip L. Short of Scottsdale, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jim Blue (Ashley) of Birmingham, Alabama, Adam Blue (Heather) of Bloomington, Justin Blue (Tracie) of Champaign, Andrea Shepard (Cody) of Maroa and Trevor Blue of Clinton; and her sister-in-law Doris Dash. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
