He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Winebrinner and Lillie Winebrinner (Ellison). He is survived by: his children, David Winebrinner (Melisa) of Indianapolis, IN and Toni Winebrinner; and his sisters, Barbara Whitney (David) of Clinton, IL and Kathryn Neal (Brian) of Clinton, IL. He is also survived by 4 grandsons.
