He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Whitehead and Gladys Whitehead (Dodson). He is survived by: his wife Katherine A. "Katie" Whitehead of Clinton, IL; his children, Valarie Collup of Fordland, MO, Stacy Meyer (Ed) of Bonfield, IL and Jay Whitehead of Clinton, IL; and his grandchildren, Amanda Reilly (Michael), Cassie Collup (Brandon Pister), Travis Meyer (Ashley) and Brady Collup (Shelby Ballard). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
