He was predeceased by: his brothers, Roger Willis and Bob Willis. He is survived by: his parents, Orville Oscar and Donna Jean Willis (Manley); his spouse Carol A. Collinson; his children, Jeff Willis (Gina) of Thomson, IL and Angela Appel (Dale); his stepchildren, Theresa Chaves (Larry) and John Downing (Lena); and his brother Brad Willis (Kathy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
