With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Howell of Clinton, Illinois, born in Dewitt, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 102. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Howell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lancaster and Mabel Lancaster (Manly); her husband James W. Howell; her son Robert Howell; and her sister Opal Thompson.

She is survived by: her son Richard Howell (Pam) of Maroa, IL; her daughter-in-law Melody Howell of Cisne, IL; and her grandchildren, James Howell (Kristie) of Cisne, IL, Sarah Slunaker (Jason) of Calhoun, IL, Rebeccah Tucker (Chris) of Cisne, IL and Zachary Howell (Rebecca) of Maroa, IL. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
