She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Lamb and Bessie Lamb (Cox); her husband Reed Bell; and her daughter Jeannie Howell. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Willis of Maryland and Patti Cooper (Jesse) of Clinton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
