He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Negrete and Helen Negrete (Reed); and his brothers, Manuel and Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Rachelle Negrete of Clinton, IL; his children, Ricky Negrete of Clinton, IL, Veronica, Tatiana, Amber and Helena; his stepdaughter Taylor Vandervort of Clinton, IL; and his siblings, Hilda (Jan), Miguel (Samantha), Rudy (Elsa), Jesse, Jim, Mark and Maria (Dalmon).

Memorials may be directed to the Ricky Negrete Memorial Fund.
