It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna L. Carter (Clinton, Illinois), who passed away on January 10, 2017, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hamilton and Blanche Ray (Tudor); and her sister Dorothy Strange. She is survived by: her children, Tony Dean Carter of Clinton, IL, Ronald Carter of Clinton, IL and Liana Carter of Clinton, IL; and her sister Virginia Patterson. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren.
