It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Genevie (Bray) Dyer of Clinton, Illinois, born in Wapella, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl and Edna Margaret Bray (Gregory); her spouse Orman Ray "Doc" Dyer; her daughter Diane Whittington; her siblings, Ruth Austin, James A. Bray, Carl Bray, Melvin Bray and Roy Bray; and her grandson Phillip Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, Orman Dyer (Yvonne) of Clinton, IL and Brad Dyer (Rachel) of Waynesville, IL; and her son-in-law Art Whittington of Clinton, IL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to The Woodlawn Church of God or Life Bridges Church.
