She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaultney and Edna Gaultney (Dunn); her husband Sylvester Smith; her children, Phillip Dean, Ronnie Smith and Rosemary Smith; and her grandson Jacob.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Wayne Smith (Linda) of Decatur, IL, Roger Smith of Clinton, IL, Phyllis McGhee (John) of Clinton, IL and Linda Webb (Bob) of Clinton, IL; and her brother Richard Gaultney of Kenney, IL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
