She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Otto and Bernice Faye Carter (Nelson); her siblings, Zelma Carter, Thelma Carter, Sharon McGhee and Russell Carter; her brothers-in-law, Fred McGhee and Russell Crutcher; and her niece Tracy Crutcher.
She is survived by: her son Michael Carter; her grandchildren, Karamay Carter, Isabella Carter and Richard Carter; her great grandchild Paisley Brewer; her siblings, Roger Carter and Vivian Crutcher; and her sister-in-law Bernadine Carter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
