She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ihle and Dorothy Ihle (Monahan). She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Schneider of Clinton, IL; her children, Patricia Nelson of Stoughton, WI and James (Rachel) of Naperville, IL.; her grandchildren, Alexa, Kylie, Andy and Jack; and her brother Paul Ihle (Sheryl) of Crown Point, IN..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the shelter where Carol and Jack adopted their beloved dog, Katie: Wish Bone Canine Rescue, 2020 Bunn St., Bloomington, IL 61704.
