He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffman and Rose Hoffman (Arnold); and his wife Elisa Cooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Alisha Boysen (Jason Reynolds) of Clinton and Nicole DeBauche of Wapella; his sister Debra Hoffman of Clinton; his grandchildren, Noah Boysen, Noel Boysen of Clinton, Sierra Atteberry (Colten Reeves) of Clinton, Cheyenne Hughes (Kyle) of Lexington and Paine DeBauche of Wapella; his great grandchildren, Mia Underwood and Ewan Hughes of Lexington; and his nephews, Bobby Hoffman of Chicago and Jeff Hoffman of Bloomington.
Memorials will be directed to the COPD Foundation.
