Arthur E. Cooper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur E. Cooper (Clinton, Illinois), who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Cooper and Nellie Torbert Cooper; his wife Betty Short; his brother William Edward Cooper; his son-in-law Daniel Brown; and his brother-in-law Richard Stone.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Lou and Bruce Elwood (Bonny); his sister Ruth Cooper Stone; his grandchildren, Matt Cooper (Brooke), Timothy Brown (Christy Olezeski), Dana Brown (Melinda), Betsy Hoffman (Travis), Jeremy Brown, Michael Cooper (Megan), Kendra Holland (Jason) and Lindsay Brown Gruis (Aaron); and his sister-in-law Bea Cooper. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
