He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elmer and Dorothy Irene Moss Elsie; and his sisters, Sandra Willer and Susie Elsie. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shelton; his children, Christina Elsie, Lisa Barfield (Ed), Amanda Booher (Bob), Dennis Snell Jr., Buckhorn, Tina McGlaughin (Brent), Kimberly Snell (Randy Montgomery), Michael Snell and Clayton; and his siblings, David Elsie (Mary Lou), Clinton Shepard, Hannibal, Donnie Shepard (Judy), Sharon Davis (Terry), LaPrairie and Carolyn Jones (Glenn). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
