It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Vonholt (Clayton, Illinois), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Christian and Ina Christina Gieker Vonholt; and his sister Alberta York. He is survived by: his sons, William G. "Bill" Vonholt, Clayton Vonholt and Bradley K. Vonholt (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Max B. Roberts (Kayla), Spencer J. Roberts (Hailey Pelton), Liberty and Noelle B. Vonholt; and his great grandchildren, Granger Holt Roberts and Aspen J. Bacus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
