He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bangert; his sons, John Cunningham (Tabi Richmiller), Clayton and Darren Cunningham of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Cassandra Cunningham, Clayton, Chandra Burgett (Jeff) of Beardstown, IL, Millie Cunningham and James Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, John, Axel and Jocelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
