He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike McKinney and Mary Celestia McKinney (Rinehart); and his wife Lois Alma (Bissey). He is survived by: his children, Betty Harrell, Mike McKinney (Debbie) and Gary McKinney (Rose); his grandchildren, Diane Gill (Gary), Donna Lueking (Chad), Shawn McKinney (Amy) and Shane McKinney; and his nieces, Judy, Beverly and Cinda. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
After his service, he was still able to always be a contribution to society and have a positive outlook on life.
