She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Uebinger and Mary (Seiler); her sister Doris Muhs; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Uebinger (Ferguson), Norman A. Kocher, Sylvan Ochs and Herman Steber.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Kocher; her son Allen Kocher (Kathy) of Marseilles, IL; her grandsons, Jeremy Jacobson (Amy), Daniel Jacobson and Marcel Gabitan; her great grandchildren, Alex and Jocylin Jacobson; her siblings, Jerry Uebinger of Lebanon, MO, Fred Uebinger (Madonna) of Ingraham, IL, Ed Uebinger (Karen) of Gaylord, MI, Art Uebinger (Terri) of Wendelin, IL and Jane Wingert (Mark) of Olney; and her brother-in-law Darold Muhs of Olney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
