Bruce Latimer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Latimer of Clare, Illinois, born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 28, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Latimer and Bessie Latimer (Tweed); his siblings, Maxine Ball (Barney), June Garcia (Larry) and Robert Latimer; his sister-in-law Donna Gommel; and his parents-in-law, Reiny and Hedy Gommel.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gommel; his daughter Debbie Dohlen (Brad); his grandsons, Andrew and Benjamin of DeKalb; his son Steven of Sycamore; his brothers, Gerald Latimer (Charlene) of DeKalb and Gary Latimer (Becky) of Three Forks, Montana; and his brother-in-law Robert Gommel of DeKalb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, ten people will be allowed in the building at one time, masks and social distancing will be required at both Visitation and Graveside Service.
