She was predeceased by: her father James P. McGinn; her husband Edward Welu; her mother Margaret McGinn Crellin (Biver); her stepfather Robert Crellin; her brother Donald McGinn; her siblings-in-law, Mary McGinn, Beverly Welu and James Brown; and her grandson Jeremy Welu.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Bertrand (John), Karen Mansfield, Karolynn Kuecker (Rod), Michael Welu, Sue Welu and Debi Welu (Don Wagner); her grandchildren, Melissa Bertrand Strasser (Eric), John Bertrand (Katie), Rodger Mansfield (Amanda), Robert Mansfield (Shannon), Jessica Welu DiNella, Ryan Kuecker and Stephanie Kuecker; and her siblings-in-law, John Welu and Patricia Welu Brown of Dubuque. She is also survived by five nieces and 12 great nieces and nephews.
