He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter H. Munsterman and Linda Bruens Munsterman; his children, Chad J. Munsterman (Becky) of Bloomington and Cathy Bollettieri (Jerome "Jerry") of New York; his sister Valletta Maravola of Roanoke, VA; and his grandchildren, Brandon Munsterman of Indiana, Travis Bollettieri and Jared Bollettieri of New York. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and four nephews.
