William S. Gilmore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William S. Gilmore of Cisne, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Gilmore and Ola Gilmore (Sights); and his brothers, Roger Harris and Jessie Harris. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Thompson; his children, Norbert Gilmore (Melanie) of Dallas, Dillard Gilmore of Farmington Hills, Myron Gilmore (Girly) of Oxnard and Diana Gilmore of Harker Heights, Texas; his grandsons, Ryan and Skyler; and his siblings, Loretta Callanan, John Dale Harris and Deon Harris.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Johnsonville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Memory of Bill may be given to Johnsonville Ruritans or Providence Church.
