She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Mary Hazelwood (Evans); her husband Bernard Bachstein; her son Albert Michael Bachstein; and her siblings, Dorothy Hazelwood, Edward Hazelwood, Lawrence Hazelwood, Barbara Ryan, Haley Cooper and Martel Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Tibbs of Cisne; her stepdaughter Shari Goodfield of Springfield; her grandchildren, Casey Tibbs, Samantha Farmer, Jesse Webb, Michelle Tibbs and Ryan Tibbs; and her great grandchildren, Jonah Tibbs, Ransom Tibbs, Emma Webb, Silas Webb, Vincent McGowan and James Foreman.
