He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Block and Helen Block (Tolliver) of Cisne, IL.; his sister Rita Beck; and his brother-in-law Jerry Beck of Cisne, IL.. He is survived by: his sister Linda Spicer of Flora, IL; and his brother-in-law Steve Spicer (Carl Block). He is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces, 12 great nephews and nieces, and 1 great-great nephew.
Memorials may be made to Cisne Cemetery where he will be buried with his parents, or to Cisne Middle School where students and staff offered help to him when needed.
