He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee O. Chumbley and Phyllis Chumbley (Welch) of White Heath, Illinois.. He is survived by: his close friend Paula Chumbley (McKinley); his wife Paula Chumbley (McKinley) of Cisco; his children, Lynley Young (Charles) of Cisco and Kip Chumbley (Alison) of Cisco; his grandchildren, Kinley Luck, Madison Luck (Trevor Blackburn), Hallie Luck (Bryce Burks), Landyn Richardson (Preston), Tavey Young, Ike Young, Zeke Young and Trace Young; his great grandchild Brenna Howell; and his siblings, Buster Chumbley (Susan), Ellen Chumbley, Pam Wesley and Aaron Chumbley.
