She is survived by: her parents, Edward Duane Polley and Lori Renae Polley (Nusbaum) of Oreana, IL; her husband Brian Scott of Cisco, IL; her son Barrett River Scott of Cisco, IL; her grandparents, John, Delene Pulley of Decatur, IL, Ron, Kay Nusbaum of Oakley, IL, Edward and Jessie Polley of Decatur, IL; her parents-in-law, Joe Scott of Cisco, IL and Cindy Scott of Decatur, IL; and her brother-in-law Bradley Scott of Pana, IL..
