She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Wachowicz, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Walter Wachowicz, Jr. and Judy Vaile (Tom); her grandchildren, Jennifer Vaile and Allison Vaile; and her siblings, Louis (Irene), Angelena (Albert), Joseph, Samuel (Ann), Jennie, John (Louise) and Dominic (Josephine).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 12th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:15 AM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd. (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 12th 2024 at 10:15 AM at 5005 Wolf Rd, Western Springs, IL 60558. An entombment was held on Tuesday, March 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
